Multi-Media Filtration
These filters contain several types of Activated Carbon and Gravel under bedding Multi-media filtration is a proven design concept; the coarse media layers in the top of the tank trap large particles, and successively smaller particles are trapped in the finer layers of media deeper in the bed. The result is a highly efficient filtering since remover take place through the entire bed. Multi-Media depth filters typically remove particles5-15 micros in size or larger. The Activated Carbon layers remove chlorine, organics, color, tannin, and objectionable tasters and odors from water. All media included in our filter are care fully selected according o particle size, so the media retains its stratification during backwash and rinse. Automatic backwashing systems remove the trapped contaminants within the filter bed and washes them own the drain.
Water Softening
Hard Water contains dissolved minerals I the form of Calcium (CA), Magnesium (Mg), and Iron (Fe) .Reduce of these minerals is accomplished by softening the water through an ion exchange process. As the water flows through the mineral tank, the dissolved minerals become attached to the resins, creating soft water. Over a period of time the resin will become exhausted, and the softener will regenerate using a brine solution produced form the salt in the brine tank.

Saltrear Filters and Softeners are equipped with automatic control system, top mounted for smaller sizes and side mounted for the big ones. This main control is hydraulically actuated to accomplish the regeneration steps of backwash, rinse, service, and brine injection for water softeners and actuated by a 7-days clock timer. Which permits the regeneration at any time of the day and night, any or everyday of the week. The additional provision for individual adjustment of the backwash cycle, and the manual operation of the filters make this control an exception, Duplex, twin and several units in parallel connection with one or any unit in service and another as standby is also adaptable with this controller. Regeneration initiated by water meter and any other mode can be performed with this controller.
